Introduction

At Sai Tours and Travels, we aim to provide reliable and comfortable travel services to all our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our tour and travel services.


Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle and travel arrangements will be reserved for your selected date and time.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before travel: Eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • 24–48 hours before travel: 50% of the advance amount may be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before travel: No refund will be provided as the vehicle and driver would have already been reserved.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment option.


Service Cancellation by Sai Tours and Travels

In rare situations where Sai Tours and Travels needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, weather conditions, or unavoidable situations), customers will be offered:

  • An alternative vehicle or travel arrangement, or
  • A full refund of the advance payment.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.


Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify your travel date or details, please contact us as early as possible. Changes will be accommodated based on vehicle availability.
